Based on the needs assessment, we develop a tailored system design covering equipment placement, duct routing and airflow requirements.

Quality equipment & manufacturing
We manufacture much of our core dust extraction equipment in-house, giving us close control over quality and ensuring the components are designed to work together as one complete system.
Where external equipment is required, we work with established suppliers and carefully selected components to ensure compatibility, quality and efficient procurement.

Essential system components
We dimension and select the required filters, fans, rotary valves, ducting and safety components as one integrated system, ensuring compatibility, performance and efficient airflow throughout the installation.
Step 05
Turnkey project management
Together with selected partners where appropriate, we coordinate design, production and installation, keeping project activities aligned.
With one point of contact and a coordinated process, we simplify communication, reduce complexity and help keep the project moving efficiently towards installation and start-up.
Step 06
Performance & commissioning
Once the system is installed, the complete solution is commissioned and tested to make sure it performs as intended.
Key parameters such as airflow, dust capture and overall system performance are verified, and the necessary adjustments are made before the system is handed over for operation.
Step 07
Ongoing support & maintenance
After commissioning, we can provide ongoing support, maintenance and technical assistance to help keep the system running reliably and efficiently over time.
Where needed, we can also help identify opportunities for optimisation, adjustments and future improvements as production requirements change.
